The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.08.2017, passed in CWJC No. 13640 of 2014 to the extent that respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Bathnaha, Sitamarhi was the necessary respondent, but he has been described as Circle Officer, Riga, in the main petition, as a result the said mistake perpetuated in the order dated 31.08.2017. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition.

Patna High Court MJC No.630 of 2018(2) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 31.08.2017 is modified to the extent that respondent no.5 be read as 'Circle Officer, Bathnaha' in place of 'Circle Officer, Riga' in the cause title as well as in the order itself.
