JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468,471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.06.2019 on the accusation that two motorcycle were recovered from his possession and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
