The petitioners seek bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 100/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b), (ii) (B)/22/23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Nothing have been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 13.06.2019. Learned APP, appearing for the State opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61463 of 2019(3) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 prayer of bail and submits that the petitioners were caught while they were trying to enter in Indian territory from Nepal with 10 K.G. 800 gms. of ganja which was seized and seizure list was prepared.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge.
