2. The matter relates to selection for the post of Anganbari Sevika for Ward No. 10 in village Hasanpura, in he District of Saran. The petitioner has grievance that the respondents are trying to manipulate the mapping for the purpose of such selection so as to deny the petitioner's right to be appointed as she has been selected and placed at Sl. No. 1 in the merit list. She is said to have approached the District Programme Officer in 2017

Patna High Court CWJC No.20277 of 2019 dt.19-11-2019 2/2 and Child Development Project Officer in 2019. The guidelines relating to selection against the post of Anganbari Sevika for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, which requires Child Development Project Officer, to dispose of the complaint within a period of 30 days from the date of making application. In case, the CDPO fails to dispose of the application within the aforesaid period of 30 days, the guidelines required that such complaint shall automatically stand transferred to the appellate authority, i.e. the District Programme Officer.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Saran, to consider the petitioner's grievance and take a decision in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
