2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 69, 87 and 3/5 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act and Sections 67A and 67B of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have established sexual relation with the victim on the pretest of marriage.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2025.

5. It appears to be a case of consensual sex between

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024.
