Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jairampur P.S.Case No.17 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the FIR, it is said that while the informant went to remove the wall of the bathroom, petitioner no.1 came and started dragging the mother of the informant and when his brother came to save her , his mother was assaulted by lathi. There is specific allegation against the petitioner, Gaj Badan Paswan, that he made firing and Sanjay Paswan fired and though both started firing and due to that one of the bullets hit

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are own relatives and the dispute arose with respect to removal of the boundary wall and the injuries are on the foot though it is found to be grievous in nature but not on the vital part of the body.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of2019 Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Radhe Shyam, J.M. Ist Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Jairampur P.S.Case No.17 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
