Considering the fact that the dispute pertains to appointment of in-charge headmaster in the school in question and this writ petition is pending since 2012, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj, who may examine the claim of the petitioner regarding seniority of the petitioner, if it is found that the
