JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 The petitioner has been issued registration and admit card by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna, for the sessions 2010-11, in which, it is the grievance of the petitioner, her father's name has been incorrectly entered. The name, which has been mentioned in the said documents, is in fact, her husband's name and not her father's.

The petitioner has further sought for a direction to the Board for making appropriate corrections in the said two documents.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Board, on the other hand, submitted that the entries have been made on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2348 of 2018(2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 basis of the information furnished by the petitioner. The petitioner has approached the Board also for such corrections in respect of her father's name.

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ application, it is being disposed of with a direction to the Board to consider the petitioner's request and if the Board is satisfied that father's name of the petitioner has been incorrectly entered, the Board shall do the needful by making necessary corrections in the concerned documents.

This application stands disposed of.
