The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery of liquor has been made from the Scorpio. Petitioner is not the owner of the said vehicle.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.61430 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise) Siwan in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
