2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2021, lodged on 21.04.2021 under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against 3 named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have killed the informant's daughter for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 28.04.2023. Counsel further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case. Counsel submits

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2021, pending before the learned Sessions Judge-I, Banka is hereby rejected.

8. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months and the petitioner shall be at liberty to file the bail application if, trial shall not be concluded within the said period.
