The present writ application has been filed for a direction to Respondent No.1, the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Aurangabad to dispose of the Registry Appeal Case No. 36 of 2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent No.3. Brajesh Rai executed a sale deed on

Patna High Court CWJC No.7413 of 2018(2) dt.30-08-2018 2/3 20.06.2006 in favour of the petitioner with regard to the land, appertaining to Revenue Thana No.194, Khata No.760, Plot No.3489 situated at Mauza Goh. On 22.06.2006 the Registration Fee of the sale deed was submitted before Respondent No.02, the Sub-Divisional Registry Officer, Daudnagar but when Registration was not done then the petitioner filed Registration Appeal No.36 of 2007 before the Collector, Aurangabad on 05.04.2007, as contained in Annexure-3, but since then, final order has not been passed. Hence, the present writ application. It is submitted by Mr. Majid Mehboob Khan, learned AC to AAG-12, that at present he is not having any instruction whether any decision in Registration Appeal No.36 of 2007 has been taken or not but he further submits that if no decision has been taken in Registration Appeal No. 36 of 2007, It shall be taken within a reasonable time frame.

Keeping in view the stand of AC to AAG-12, it is expected from the Respondent No.1, the District Magistratecum-Collector, Aurangabad to dispose of the Registration Appeal No.36 of 2007 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order if it has already not disposed of.

Accordingly, with the above observation and
