The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari not to give effect the auction notice dated 4.5.2013 published in the local newspaper with respect to the mortgaged property of the petitioner. (ii) For direction upon the respondent Bank to grant no objection certificate against the term loan and working capital loan taken by the petitioner from the bank.

(iii) Any other order or orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be granted to the petitioner.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2588 of 2018 dt.09-03-2018 2/2 submits that it will suffice if the petitioner is permitted to approach the Branch Manager, Main Branch, State Bank of India, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2) with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances raised in the present writ petition, in which event, the present writ petition need not be pressed on merits.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Branch Manager, Main Branch, State Bank of India, Begusarai (Respondent No.

2) for redressal of his grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and preferably within a further period of two months thereafter in accordance with law.
