The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.20158 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 petition is discrimination in the matter of grant of fixation of pay on promotion from L.E.S. to S.E.S.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly circumstanced other persons have already been granted the benefit of fixation of pay-scale whereas the petitioners have denied the same.

Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision for grant of benefit of pay fixation on promotion from L.E.S. to to S.E.S at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order with all consequential benefits.

With the aforesaid, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
