JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 Admittedly, as per the respondents also, the G.P.F. amount for the period 27.11.1982 to 1983-84 as also for the period 2005-06 to 31.10.2008 has not been paid by the respondent authorities.

Having regard to the aforesaid admitted position which has emanated from a bare reading of the writ petition and the counter affidavit/supplementary counter affidavit filed in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Provident Fund Officer, Rohtas to make the payment pertaining to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19233 of 2019(4) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 G.P.F. amount for the aforesaid period within a period of two weeks from today positively along with up to date statutory interest, failing which the District Provident Fund Officer, Rohtas shall not draw his salary and would be liable to be proceeded in contempt proceedings for violation of the orders of this Court.

It is needless to state that the District Provident Fund Officer, Rohtas shall supply the calculation chart for the entire G.P.F. amount to the petitioner within the aforesaid time frame as well.
