2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that marriage of sister of informant was solemnized with co-accused Dr. Abhijeet Sinha in the year 2012. Thereafter, sister of the informant came to know about illicit relation of her husband with another women and whenever she objected the same, she was assaulted by the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66013 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/3 On 03.07.2025 at about 1 PM, informant came to know that his committed suicide and was being taken to the hospital but upon reaching the hospital, she was declared dead.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is Gotni of the deceased and she is simply victim of overimplication. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no specific overt act against her. Petitioner is separate in mess and has got no concern with family affairs of the deceased. From perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that deceased committed suicide due to extra-marital affair of her husband, who is already in custody. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.
5. Mr. Anshul, learned senior counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering nature of accusation and the fact that husband of the deceased is already in custody, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
