Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 473 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There nothing specific alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Arjun Prasad. Petitioner has no concern with the said Arjun Prasad. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
