2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Thali P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 191(3), 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case in short is that on 13.06.2025 at about 9:30 AM, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant with intention to kill him, causing severe injuries to him, and also snatched his golden chain and cash amounting to 5,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Learned counsel further submitted that as per the injury report, the injuries sustained by the informant are grievous in nature caused by hard and blunt object. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Thali P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025.
