2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 428 of 2024 instituted under Sections 109, 103(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita, 2023 and 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 15.11.2024 by the informant, Rajesh Manjhi.

3. As per the FIR, the informant alleged that they were watching a night programme at the 'Devi Sthan', when the accused persons including this petitioner came armed variously and thereafter, the allegation is that this petitioner opened fire from the point blank hitting the head of the informant's son who died at the spot. This led to the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66439 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 upon this Court regarding the innocence of the petitioner, learned APP submits that there is specific allegation of opening fire causing immediate death of the informant's son is there.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the allegation that has come against the petitioner, no relief can extended.
