Patna High Court CWJC No.16188 of 2022(6) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 liberty granted to the petitioner to file a representation before the competent authority of the Purnea University for reengagement of the petitioner as guest faculty in the subject of History.

4. As and when such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the competent authority of the University shall consider the representation filed by the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
