2. Considering the fact that the matter relates to Advertisement No. 1/88, which led to series of litigation and thereafter appointments have been made, no positive direction can be issued in the present writ application.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the Director (Secondary Education), Education Department and persuade the Director (Secondary Education) to consider her case, if any person below in the merit list was appointed ignoring the claim of the petitioner and there exist vacancy for appointment of Assistant Teacher (Biology), the Director (Secondary
