JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2025 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 31.07.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Nawada in NDPS Case No. 08 of 2024 arising out of Hisua P.S. Case No. 266 of 2024 whereby and whereunder the prayer for release of seized motorcycle has been rejected by the learned trial court. Apparently against such order, a remedy lies in revisional jurisdiction of this Court and in any case judicial orders are not amenable to writ jurisdiction of this Court.
02. Learned counsel seeks permission to convert the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2453 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 present petition into criminal revision.
03. Permission is accorded.
04. He is directed to convert the present petition into criminal revision petition within one week.
