JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Petitioner claims that he has passed MBA which is equal to M.Com degree and also passed S.I.T.E.T. and as such he became eligible for appointment on the post of teacher but the case of the petitioner is not being considered by the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed representation which is pending before the Director, Secondary Education since 2.8.2019. Considering the fact that representation of the petitioner is pending at the level of Director, Secondary Education, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education, Patna to take appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.19269 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 decision on the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order so that petitioner may not suffer adversely in the process of selection and appointment of teacher. In the event, if the representation is decided in favour of the petitioner, the respondents have to accept candidature of the petitioner.
