1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents for payment of due salary for the leave period 10-08-2015 to 27-10-2015 (79 days) sanctioned against Earned Leave by the competent authority and for the period 1-08-2015 to 09-08- 2015 & 28-10-2015 to 31-10/2015 (13 days) of duty period i.e. Total 92 days amounting to rs. more than 2 Lakhs with interest."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.16671 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 submits that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed during the interregnum period, hence the present writ petition be disposed off, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondents for payment of interest on the delayed payment of salary.
