Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition is covered by the decision of this court contained in Annexure-5 dated 4.9.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14075 of 2015. In view of the order contained in Annexure-5 the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent, District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali (respondent no.5) who shall examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14075 of 2015 and take decision within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of such
