Sri Mukul Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, submits that dispute in between the petitioner and the complainant/Opp.Party no.2 has already been settled. He submits that one matrimonial petition was pending before the Principal Judge, which has been disposed of with consent of parties since divorce in between the petitioner and Opp.Party no.2 has already taken place. He submits that even in the present case, if such petition is filed showing settlement of dispute in between the parties before the court below the learned court below may pass appropriate order on such
