2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that certain miscreants have intercepted the way by putting the tree on the road as the informant reached there three persons armed with country made pistol arrived there and snatched the mobile and assaulted the informant. One another biker also arrived there he was also assaulted by the miscreants. Further allegation is that the accused persons calling each other with Bahadur name. One of the miscreants was called as Mintu. This Mintu is the petitioner in this case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the case of the year 2018. This petitioner has been remanded in this case in the year 2025 only on the basis of criminal antecedent. This petitioner is having criminal antecedent of five cases. It has further been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It has further been submitted that the story that the accused persons were calling each other by their names is highly improbable. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got five criminal antecedents. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 11.06.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Barh, Patna. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) Siddharth Soni/- U T
