The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 606 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 385 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is specific allegation against co-accused Manoj Kumar. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that petitioner's wife is a bona fide purchaser, neither vendor nor vendee has been made accused in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61438 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 the present case.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 606 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
