The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ/writs order/directions commanding the respondent authorities specially respondent no. 5 to consider the objection filed by petitioner and others dated 31.07.2019 in course of preparation of Voter list of Sonbarsa PACS, under Karakat Block whereby name of certain voters has included, who were not the resident

Patna High Court CWJC No.20273 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 of the territorial jurisdiction of Sonbarsa PACS in provisional Voter List prepared in the year 2019. Even the objection filed on 31.07.2019 has not been taken into consideration and the petitioner further seeks any other relief/ reliefs for which he is entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance stands redressed and he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
