Patna High Court MJC No.277 of 2014 dt.26-04-2017 3/3 filed by the State Government, has been complied with and in the show cause filed on 8.3.2017, it has been indicated that the entire amount has been paid and documents evidencing the same have been filed as Annexure-A series.
In view of the compliance reported by the respondent indicating compliance of the order by payment of the amount, no further action is required to be taken in the matter. In case the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the manner in which the amount has been calculated and paid, it gives a fresh cause of action to the petitioners to challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding.
With the aforesaid liberty, the applications are disposed of.
