Through the instant writ application, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- "That instant Petition in the shape of Public Interest Litigation is being filed for a direction upon the respondent State of Bihar and its functionaries to conduct an impartial independent inquiry through an independent agency for their irregularities having been committed by the authorities of the Bihar Museum, Bailey Road, Patna especially the inquiry in respect of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20518 of 2019(3) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 the Director of Bihar Museum, Patna in functioning of Bihar Museum, Patna so far it relates to Cultural, Administrative and Financial activities of the Museum wherein irregularities at mass level is rampant causing huge loss to the public exchequer and bring them to book. And/or such other order/orders, as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the present case."

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application reserving liberty to represent before the appropriate authority. Upon receipt of such representation, the concerned authority shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the same.

Permission is granted.
