This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(i) To direct the respondent authorities to make proper fixation of salary of the petitioner on account of revision of salary with effect from 01.01.1996 as also on account of grant of benefits of ACP / MACP after rectifying all the anomaly on the ground that the 3rd employees of KB Jha College , Katihar appointed on

Patna High Court CWJC No.15292 of 2023(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/3 the same date in the same pay - scale were granted the basic salary of Rs. 5100/- on account of revision in the pay - scale of Rs. 4000-6000 with effect from 01.01.1996 whereas the petitioner was granted the basic salary of Rs. 4500 only and to pay the differences of salary and other consequential benefits on account of proper fixation of salary to the petitioner with interest.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing fresh representation before the Registrar, Purnea University, Purnea (Respondent No. 5), along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim.

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the the Registrar, Purnea University, Purnea (Respondent No. 5) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5 . In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the the Registrar, Purnea University, Purnea (Respondent No. 5) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a
