JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-12-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the Union of India.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Haraiya P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 3(ii)(a) & 14(a)(b) of the Foreigners Act.

3. The petitioners are the Chinese Nationals who have tried to enter into Bihar, India without valid Indian Visa. They are in custody since 08.03.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, having valid tourist Visa, have entered Bihar,

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the Union of India have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and have submitted that the petitioners being Chinese Nationals have entered Bihar, India without valid documents and their trial is pending.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
