ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-02-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 16.7.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Kankar Bagh P.S. case No.373 of 2011, now pending in the court of Smt. Niharika, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna. Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C., the application is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the
