2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 411 of 2023 for the offence under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, son of the informant died of electrocution during repairing of electric wire though it was the duty of the petitioner to shut down the electric supply.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2023. He further submits that petitioner is an employee of electricity department and he has been made accused in this case since he was on duty at the time of alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moharnia (Kaimur) in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 411 of 2023. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U T
