2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Informant suspects that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons killed her son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that informant is not an eyewitness to the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against petitioner because there was telephonic talk between this petitioner and deceased on the alleged date of occurrence. During investigation, no one has claimed to have seen this petitioner committing the alleged offence. There is no direct or indirect evidence against petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
