The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case, the role of the petitioner along with co-accused persons have been assigned for abducting the daughter of the informant after alluring her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and he has been falsely implicated in this case. No.65503 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 stated in her statement U/s 164 Cr.P.C. that she is 18 years old and she fell in love with petitioner and she went to Bombay with him with her own will where she has solemnized her marriage with the petitioner because her parents used to assault her. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XV, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 375 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
