JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, seeks grant of benefits of pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000/- w.e.f. 09.08.1999.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be filing a representation before the Collector, Nalanda with regard to his grievance and the Collector, Nalanda may be directed to dispose of the same within a specified time. In case, the petitioner files a representation regarding his grievance within two weeks from today, before the concerned authority i.e. the Collector, Patna / the Commissioner, Patna, the said authority is directed to dispose of
