2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 382/2021, dated 24.12.2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B) and 504 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are false and the petitioner has been framed.

5. I have considered the submissions and find that the statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded, who has named the petitioner. Without commenting further on the merits of the case, the application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of
