2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 373 of 2022 arising out of Adhaura P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022 instituted for the offence u/s 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Cort vide order dated 10.4.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58480 of 2022.

3. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the case is pending of prosecution evidence and five witnesses have already been examined out of eleven charge-sheeted witnesses. The trial is likely to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75521 of 2023(3) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 concluded within a period of four months.

4. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, the prayer of bail is rejected.

5. The application stands disposed off.
