2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 372 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner and Sudhir Rai have assaulted the victim due to which informant sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.08.2023. Similarly situated co-accused Sudhir Rai has been granted bail by a co-

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 372 of 2019.
