The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 188, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30, 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
