ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 10-12-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the defects pointed out by the Registry may be ignored as the petitioner is only seeking disposal of his representation/ application dated 21.04.2023 (Annexure-P/7) and the matter pertains to the promotion.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the only prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent No. 4 herein (i.e. the District Education Officer, Madhubani) to consider the application made by the petitioner dated 21.04.2023 by fixing a

3. Having regard to the same, defects pointed out by the Registry is ignored and the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 herein to consider the application dated 21.04.2023 strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. The authority shall endeavor to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
