No. 142 of 2018, in the second paragraph, it is mentioned that on the petitioner filing a certified copy of the order passed by this Court along with the order passed on 28th of December, 2017 by the appellate authority namely the Commissioner of Tax Appeal-2, Patna, action is to be taken. This is an error committed. The correct particulars of the order is order dated 19.01.2018 passed by Respondent No. 1 namely the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-2, Patna.

The said correction be read into the order passed by us on 21.02.2018 in M.J.C. No. 142 of 2018. That apart, petitioner shall also file copy of the stay application filed before
