Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of dismissal an appeal has been filed that has also been dismissed and against that he has filed a memorial on 31.07.2018. In such view of the matter, the concerned Authority is directed to examine the memorial and take a decision in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
