2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 504 of 2023 registered under Section(s) 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the direct allegation made against the petitioner that he has participated in committing murder of one Vivek Kumar, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail.

4. Accordingly, the present bail petition stands disposed of.
