JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2018 The parties are in agreement that the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.03.2017 passed in CWJC No. 384 of 2017 and analogous cases and the judgment of the Division Bench dated 23.01.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1047 of 2017.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid two orders passed in the writ petition and the L.P.A.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2738 of 2018 (2) dt.12-03-2018 2/2 The State Government should take steps in the light of the aforesaid two judgments and redress the grievances of the petitioners herein.
