2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 620 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 134 of BNS.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching gold chain.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and the FIR is against unknown. The petitioner's name has surfaced during the self culpatory statement. The petitioner has 14 criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.01.2025.

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the bail application of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and also criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him bail Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Shastrinagar P.S.Case No.620 of 2024, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate IX, Patna stands rejected.
