At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Consolidation Rent Case No. 147 of 2016, Consolidation Revision Case No. 318 of 2016 and Consolidation Revision Case No. 61 of 2017 has been filed by the petitioner before the respondent authorities but the same are still pending till date. He requests for disposal of this writ petition with direction to the Director, Consolidation, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 4) and the Joint Director, Consolidation, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 5) to dispose of the aforementioned cases.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent authorities concerned to dispose of Consolidation Rent Case No. 147 of 2016, Consolidation Revision Case No. 318 of 2016 and Consolidation Revision Case No. 61 of 2017, which is said to have been filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from today.

4. Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
