JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file an appropriate petition under Section 15 of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (in short „Act, 2009‟) before the respondent D.C.L.R., Dumraon for execution of the earlier order passed by the "competent authority" under the provisions of the Act, 2009.

Permission is accorded.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
