2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent no. 5 to dispose of the Original Application No. 842 of 2018 filed on 11.09.2018 by the petitioner.

3. Counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent No. 1 shows that the written statement on behalf of the Union of India

Patna High Court CWJC No.14969 of 2023(3) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 has been filed in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) way back in the year 2020 but the copy of the same has not been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the UOI, who is appearing for the CAT in the present matter is directed to serve a copy of the written statement filed on behalf of the Union of India upon the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
